Project and site management at Nelvamar means the owner has a single technical voice running the project from scope definition through mechanical completion and into startup handover. We plan the schedule, control the cost baseline, coordinate vendors and EPC packages, manage change, and provide on site technical presence when the work is in the field. Field presence is owner side technical oversight. The construction and craft work is executed by the EPC and its subcontractors. We do not carry construction risk. We carry accountability for the owner's technical and schedule position at every milestone. That distinction matters when change orders start arriving and the EPC's interests diverge from the owner's.
