Turnaround windows do not move for client convenience. Nelvamar's turnaround model is built around hitting the date the owner committed to, with the manpower density and supervision to back it up.

Pre Mobilization

  • Scope review and walk down with owner and EPC planning
  • Spool pre fabrication in our Houston shop
  • WPS, NDE, and manpower plan built to the schedule
  • Material staging and tool/equipment loadout

Execution

  • Piping tie ins, mechanical work, structural mods
  • 24/7 shift coverage when the window requires it
  • In process and final NDE coordinated on shift
  • Daily progress reporting to owner and EPC

Demobilization & Turnover

Tooling out, area handover, punchlist closure, and final documentation delivered before crew demob, not chased for weeks after.
